AENA, the management company of Corvera Airport, has a long history of providing assistance for particular needs, managing 46 airports, 15 of which are international. In 2014 the company handled 195.9 million passengers on 1.8 million flights
AENA has provided the resources necessary to assure a problem free transit through the terminal and onto your flight, regardless of disability. A meeting point has been set up just outside the terminal building and a help desk can be found inside the main hall. Lifts have been strategically place throughout the terminal to allow easy access between departures, on the first floor, and the main hall on the ground floor.
Passengers with particular needs are required to inform their airline of the assistance needed, and can also request assistance from AENA in advance, using a simple online form, or by telephone.
You will need to request assistance from the support personnel at least 48 hours in advance, remember to also inform the airline.
When requesting assistance you should indicate your particular needs so that the personnel and equipment can be prepared.

- You must be at the meeting point 2.5 hours before departure.

- Date and time of the flights.
- Your assistance needs.
