The popular low-cost airline, Jet2.com, have announced that they will start operating flights from the UK to new Corvera Airport in Murcia from March 2019.
Jet2.com currently operates out of Murcia San-Javier airport and this will close down in Novermber 2017, due to the fact that Murcia airport will be closing and all operations being transferred to Corvera.
Jet2.com have reaffirmed that all flights during the summer of 2018 will continue as normal and there will be no disuption in service.
Flights to Corvera from the UK will be from Leeds Bradford and Manchester airports. These are the same locations that currently operate services to Murcia San-Javier airport, meaning that there will be no disruption to current services in those areas.
Flights from Leeds Bradford will start operating to Corvera from March 29th 2019, with three weekly services (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) operating until 25th October 2019.
Flights from Manchester will start operating to Corvera from April 1st 2019, with three weekly services (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) also operating until 25th October 2019.
